INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium Sulfate (heptahydrate), Lavender Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Leaf Oil (Patchouli Leaf Oil), Citrus Nobilis Peel Oil Expressed (Mandarin Cold Pressed Oil), Origanum Majorana Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil (Chamomile Roman Oil), Epsom Salts, Dead Sea Salt, Himalayan Pink Rock Salt.
HOW TO USE:
Relaxing Bath Soak:
- Add 1-2 handfuls (about 1/2 cup) of bath salts to warm running bathwater.
- Stir the water to help the salts dissolve and release their aromatic properties.
- Soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes to experience the relaxation, soothing of muscles, and skin nourishment.
Foot Soak:
- Add 1/4 cup of bath salts to a basin of warm water.
- Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes to relieve soreness, soften skin, and enjoy a spa-like experience.
Shower Exfoliation (Optional Use):
- Mix a small amount of bath salts with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut or jojoba oil) to create an exfoliating scrub.
- Gently rub onto your skin in circular motions before rinsing in the shower. This helps exfoliate, smooth, and nourish your skin.
Tips:
- Rinse your skin well after soaking to remove any salt residue and follow with a moisturizer to lock in hydration.
Note: Always perform a patch test before applying the salts directly to your skin. Avoid using on broken or irritated skin, and consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant or have medical conditions.
